Information collected
The inquiry form collects the name, email address, country of residence, general U.S. filing context, tax years, reason for the inquiry, approximate number of foreign assets or accounts, message, source page, and optional campaign parameters submitted by the visitor.
Basic technical information may be processed to operate and protect the website and form delivery. No advertising profile or sale of inquiry information is intended.
How inquiry information is used
- To receive and respond to the inquiry.
- To evaluate fit, conflicts, urgency, and an appropriate engagement scope.
- To protect the form from misuse and maintain website security.
- To keep a limited business record of the communication where appropriate.
Web3Forms processing
Form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and then delivered to the configured recipient. Visitors should review Web3Forms’ own privacy information before submitting. Infrastructure and hosting providers may also process limited technical data necessary to deliver the site.
Never submit sensitive tax information here
Do not include Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, account numbers, passwords, tax returns, financial statements, bank statements, identity documents, or other sensitive records. If an engagement proceeds, secure document instructions are provided separately.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a professional-client relationship and does not guarantee confidentiality protections that may attach only after a formal engagement.
Questions or requests
Use the contact form with “Privacy question” at the beginning of the message to ask about access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information. Legal retention duties, security needs, or the establishment and defense of claims may limit a request.
